Abstract :
Measurement methods for electrical permittivity and loss tangent of dielectric liquids are presented. The methods utilize dielectric resonators with either a two- or three-layer structure. The techniques are analyzed from the point of view of measurement optimization. The results of measurements of liquid samples are presented
