Abstract :
The 2D capacitance between multiple, arbitrarily shaped wires in multilayered dielectrics can be determined by a new technique that combines the Green´s function, which describes the electrostatic potential around a circular wire surrounded by one or more point-sized wires, and Schwarz-Christoffel conformal mapping. This method is quick and accurate, and is well suited to the limited power of desktop computers.<>
