Abstract :
Exact expressions for the Hertz potential and electromagnetic fields radiated by an electric traveling wave line source, of arbitrary but uniform dipole orientation, in the presence of a perfectly conducting half-plane are presented. A brief discussion of the numerical evaluation of the resulting expressions is given. It is also shown that the results for the total fields can be simply modified to produce the scattered fields.
