Abstract
Two kinds of widely applicable LSIs have been developed that adopt the Japanese Home Bus System standard. They offer significantly better economy and better features for creating effective intelligent home telephone systems and electronic key telephone systems. These LSIs combine analog and digital circuits for system telephones on one chip using a CMOS process. A discussion of overall system architecture is followed by a discussion of LSI architecture and construction
