Special letter to PGAP members

Over the last few years the PGAP has had a series of financial and publication problems which finally culminated in the Administrative Committee raising the assessment to $6. This letter gives some of the history behind PGAP, and shows how we stand in relation to other sources of technical literature We hope to show later that the long term solution to PGAP problems is more members. To this end, we want each member to read this special letter and then hand it to an associate who is interested in or working in the antenna, propagation, plasma, or radio astronomy field but who is not a PGAP member.
