Abstract :
During the last decade, the needs has increased for a current text on digital arithmetic to replace Ivan Flores´ Logic of Computer Arithmetic, published in 1963. Kai Hwang has made an admirable attempt in Computer Arithmetic: Principles, Architecture, and Design to satisfy this need.
