Abstract :
The scope and schedule of the first phase of a two-unit control system replacement at the Reid Gardner Station are described. This project was undertaken so that the tie-in of control system equipment coincided with major boiler rework and without additional outage time for the control system replacement work. The units in this project were typical in size and equipment type
