  • Abstract
    High bit rate operations of a uni-travelling-carrier photodiode module at cryogenic temperatures are investigated to demonstrate its feasibility as an optical-to-electrical signal interface for cryogenic electronics. The responsivity is almost constant at temperatures from 2.6 to 293 K, and the module operates at bit rates of up to 10 Gbit/s at 2.6 K.
