  • Abstract
    In this letter, we devise a novel order statistics based technique to derive the exact expression for the throughput of pure ALOHA in a channel that supports Multi-Packet Reception (MPR). Our technique is general and can also be used in the analysis of other unslotted MAC protocols. Our analytical results are verified using simulations.
