  • Abstract
    The interest shown by the discussers in the authors´ work is greatly appreciated. The very in-depth discussion has provided an opportunity to further clarify the work as well as to correct some small errors. Most important, the request to include additional test-case data has provided the opportunity to provide a more detailed case study.
