Abstract :
A cyclic analogue-to-digital (A/D) conversion technique using current copiers is described. The technique requires two steps per bit conversion. The resulting digital codes are insensitive to process component mismatches. This method can be applied to both the cyclic and the pipeline structure depending on the design requirements.
