Abstract :
Aimed at students in courses on vector calculus, electromagnetism, and quantum mechanics, this article attempts to express vector concepts in physical terms, make them intuitively understandable, simplify their use, develop some understanding and at the same time hold the students´ attention. A discussion of Gauss´ law is also presented.
