Abstract :
Since 1999 Fox Broadcasting has been making laboratory measurements of DTV receiving apparatus, both antennas and DTV receivers. While Fox was making empirical measurements, others were investigating the effects of various electrical characteristics analytically, most notably Bendov et al.(see ibid., vol.47, no.3, p.207-217, 2001). It is the purpose of this paper to share the results of Fox´s measurements of receiving antennas and discuss their effect on DTV reception.
