    The April 2014 issue of the Magazine is devoted to instrumentation and measurement (I&M) issues associated with renewable, or alternative, energy R&D. The Guest Editor for this issue is Dr. Branislav Djokic, Fellow of IEEE, who works at National Research Council of Canada in Ottawa, Ontario. Branislav has secured five outstanding I&M oriented articles on renewable energy for this issue.
