            Abstract : 
Matched reciprocal lossless 8-port circuits that provide equal power division between two sets of 4 input and 4 output ports have been found to be useful in various microwave applications. In this paper it is shown that if the 4 input ports as well as the 4 output ports are mutually isolated from each other, then the S-matrix can be reduced to a very simple form depending on only one angular parameter
