Abstract :
The resonances in the 11-14-eV region produced in the e -H2interaction are suggested as mechanisms to invert the population between the upper laser states C^{1}\\pi_{u} and B^{1}\\Sigma +_{u} and the ground state X^{1}\\Sigma +_{g} of the hydrogen molecule.
