Abstract :
The high efficient generation of the second harmonic of ruby laser in rubidium dihydrogen arsenate (RDA) is reported. A peak harmonic power of 52 MW was obtained with a fundamental power of 110 MW. In addition, the temperature variation of the birefringence has been measured to be
