Abstract :
A generalization of the mathematical formulation and a modified measurement procedure are presented for the method of heat flow resistance evaluation earlier proposed by Haitz et al. In this way the accuracy is increased and the limitation to a linear region of voltage-temperature relationship is removed without increasing the complexity.
