Abstract :
An instrument that automatically determines resistance ratios using a novel multiple tracking current cell approach is described. Resistances in the range 0.1 Ω to 200 kΩ can be easily measured with uncertainties on the order of a few hundred parts per billion and resistances up to 20 MΩ measured with uncertainties on the order of one part per million
