Abstract :
A calibration method for four-terminal-pair (4TP) resistance standards (4TP-R-STDs) is developed for frequencies up to about 10 MHz. The calibration is performed using an error-correction equation for a 4TP system. This is derived from analysis of an eight-port error adapter. The derivation of the uncertainties is also discussed
