Abstract :
The NML 1-Ω Evanohm resistors have a transient thermal response that is a function of the resistor element and the local thermal environment. The temperature coefficient of the Evanohm coil varies systematically from top to bottom as well as in an arbitrary pattern turn by turn. In the presence of a temperature gradient the resistance value may be different from that when the temperature is uniform. This temperature gradient should be less than 30 mK if the change resistance is to be less than 0.01 p.p.m
