Abstract
A concept of the hybrid integration of a microwave oscillator with a Josephson series array is developed to improve the measurement setup of Josephson voltage standards and potentiometers. A stripline X -band oscillator using a packaged GaAs MESFET was designed, constructed, and successfully tested at temperatures of 300 K and 4.2 K. To improve the impedance matching between oscillator and Josephson series array, high-impedance striplines with integrated Josephson series arrays are useful
