A new lossless bounded complex digital two-pair is proposed. This two-pair permits the synthesis of any bounded complex digital transfer function. Explicit expressions for both the two-pair parameters and the remainder function coefficients, in terms of the coefficients of the transfer function to be synthesised, are also given
