  • Abstract
    A new effective training algorithm for multilayer feedforward neural networks, called forward-genetic (FG) learning, is presented. When introducing the principles of FG we also demonstrate the application of FG learning to system identification. Results show that FG learning has superior performance, and significantly outperforms the traditional BP learning
