  • Abstract
    A novel method is presented for minimising the third order cumulant spread of a random sequence based on a new class of performance criteria. It provides a closed form solution for the weightings required to achieve this minimum. The method is demonstrated on computer generated Gaussian distributed random sequences, and is proved to be useful
