  • Abstract
    This work addresses the integration challenges of a capacitor-free SIMO dc-dc LED driver and compares the high-voltage LDMOS applied in state-of-the-art products with the characteristics of the LDMOS in the SIMO application. Future work will engage in the fabrication of the mentioned device to prove the benefits of the application.
