Abstract :
Time passes by quickly, and the end of the year is already looking upon us. But 2008 has not been an ordinary one for me. I will remember these 366 days as the time of intense professional experiences, memorable life lessons, and continuous personal development. But, as our organization is an entity run by volunteers, with no fixed administrative bodies, this year was also the time of difficult and responsible decisions for me to take.
