Abstract :
Dage, a low- to medium volume contract electronics manufacturer, implemented the EFACS enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for reducing change-overs, stream lining production processes and building flexible, fast-response business processes. The authors describe how substantial improvements can be made in delivery performance while simultaneously reducing costs and lead times.
