Abstract :
In the recent years, Bluetooth has become an important short range transmission system which provides data rates up to 3 Mbit/s in its enhanced data rate mode (EDR). Illustrated is a low-cost intermediate frequency (IF) zero-crossing detector (ZXD) for EDR. It is shown that the proposed IF ZXD for EDR facilitates robust performance, approaching theoretical bounds in the case of single path transmission.
