Abstract :
This paper presents in the current world wonders what makes the world which we live. The way to enjoy the natural resources has an impact that must be addressed, minimized, or reversed excised. This study addresses the solid waste generated by a subsidiary located in the State of Santa Catarina. The results showed that among respondents most customers are aware that the waste is harmful to the environment, but few are interested in whether what is done is appropriate. The conclusion is the need for a process of continuity and evolution of a longterm project on cultural, social, environmental and learning in the community studied between those who use, customers in an attempt to generate between clients and sustainability.
