Abstract :
Using the 2-D Fourier transform technique, imaging characteristics for color television tube shadow masks have been analyzed. Several phenomena peculiar to 2-D patterns, including moiré effects due to various causes, which have not been dealt with by conventional analyses, are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.
