Abstract :
The main goal of this research is to carry out a high resolution analysis in vitro of biomedical samples as well as of industrial components by Microcofus 3D X-Ray Computed Tomography. This technique was able to provide information in a noninvasive way for different compositions, size and structure mapping out the shape and size distribution of porosity parameter. The performance of different kinds of samples demonstrates the capability of this technique in order to access volumetric data of microstructures and establish it as an important probe and diagnostic tool for investigation in materials science.
