Abstract :
Education is an overall framework where dissemination and teaching are means to be used, with a common purpose but being addressed to different audiences. Education in soft computing could be an objective by itself, but at the same time it is a mean for promoting Science and Innovation in a changing society. The European centre for soft computing is involved in different educational activities according to these ideas and some of them will be described in the present communication.
