Abstract :
Designs for a current amplifier and a current conveyor, both based on the first generation current conveyor, are discussed. Circuit details are given and simulation results shown. The results indicate that the current amplifier can achieve a 200 MHz bandwidth, and the CCI a 90 MHz bandwidth, in standard bipolar technologies
