Abstract :
The design parameter effects in an ac plasma display panel are studied and discussed. Statistical experiments are designed to empirically determine the response surface equations. These equations describe the dependence of the plasma display panel operating Characteristics on chamber gap, line width, dielectric thickness, and pressure. The results are used to make the tradeoffs required for selection of an optimized plasma panel.
