Abstract :
This paper reports the first observations of optically pumped far-infrared (FIR) laser action in acetaldehyde and methyl isocyanide. Six emissions of acetaldehyde have been observed; six emissions of methyl isocyanide are reported and have been partially assigned. In addition, three new lines of vinyl chloride are recorded.
