  • Abstract
    Richard W. Dixon has resigned as Associate Editor of IEEE Electron Device Letters. The Electron Devices Society and I express our deepest gratitude for his dedicated and generous efforts on behalf of this Journal since its inception. Joining as new Associate Editor is W. Dexter Johnston of Bell Laboratories who will mostly be handling papers concerning III-V semiconductor devices. I welcome his expertise and look forward to working with him.
