Abstract :
Engineering service activities at a major computer peripherals corporation were found to have service times that could be characterized extremely well by Weibull statistical distributions. This surprising result prompted a survey of management styles to be done to explain differences discovered among the various services studied. Correlations between survey results and the Weibull distributions were found and discussed
