EMC Spotlight

The purpose of the "Spotlight" column is to highlight the top downloaded papers from the IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electromagnetic Compatibility Magazine, pre-selected based on the statistics of the IEEE Xplore digital library (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org), by presenting their corresponding abstracts. A balance of the top downloaded paper abstracts are published quarterly, giving to the technical and scientific community the opportunity of being informed about the contributions of a wide range of EMC topics, their authors and affiliations, and making the EMC field better known. Nevertheless, as it was already emphasized in the previous issue, in some special occasions, instead of the abstracts of most downloaded papers, top referenced paper abstracts will be published. In this third SPOTLIGHT issue, the 13-24 top preselected paper abstracts among the 50 Most Referenced Papers of the IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility in the 50 Years (1964-2013) are presented. This is a good opportunity to increase your knowledge or to look again at some outstanding EMC papers!
