2013 EDS J.J. Ebers Award

The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites the submission of nominations for the 2013 J.J. Ebers Award. This award is presented annually by EDS to honor an individual(s) who has made either a single or a series of contributions of recognized scientific, economic, or social significance to the broad field of electron devices. The recipient(s) is awarded a plaque and a check for $5,000, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM). The J.J.
