Abstract :
For the original article see ibid., vol. 27, no. 12, 1992. The commenter points out that much of the substance of the aforementioned paper had been published previously and, in some cases, patented. Therefore he wishes proper attribution from the authors. In reply, they point out the basic differences between the two works and disagree with Cherry´s complaint
