Abstract
Anisotropic medium perfectly matched layer formulations are presented to truncate the alternating-direction implicit finite-difference time-domain grids for bodies of revolution. The validity of the proposed formulations is shown through a numerical example of scattering from a perfectly electrically conducting cylinder.
