Abstract :
In the literature, most observer-based output feedback controls for bilinear systems are only applicable to open-loop (neutrally) stable systems. This paper proposes a new observer-based output feedback control that can be applied to open-loop unstable systems. The key component of the new control is an exponentially stable bilinear loop transfer recovery (LTR) observer that derives from the linear LTR observer.
