Abstract
The circuit of a simple CMOS multivibrator which does not include saturated switches is proposed. It can be used for design of high-frequency multivibrators. The circuit operation is described and the design limitations are introduced. The frequency of operation f/sub o/ is calculated. An example of circuit design and realization of 10-V power supply is given. The design was verified experimentally and f/sub 0/ up to 30 kHz was obtained.<>
