Abstract :
A z-domain model describing the steady-state behaviour of nonlinear loads defined by the IEC62040-3 standard for UPS systems is presented. The proposed model makes it possible to obtain the time-domain response from the frequency-domain description of discrete-time repetitive controllers used in these applications. Good agreement between predicted and experimental results validates the proposed model.
