Abstract :
Completing a college education is hard work, but you achieved the goal. Actually, it was a long string of well-defined goals that fit in a strategic plan. The university provided you with a list of courses to be completed. Your professors gave you a syllabus of each course and announced the tests or projects and how each fit into your grade. One by one, you studied hard for each test and completed each project per the requirements. All of your work was submitted for grading to pre-established standards. OK, maybe the professor graded on a curve and thereby took into account how the rest of the class did on the test. For the most part, you understood what was expected and how performance was to be judged.
