Abstract :
This paper discusses various spectrum utilization problems, including the efficiency of spectrum use considered from the standpoint of communication theory. Mathematical modeling for spectrum efficiency is discussed for linear and nonlinear receiver models. Sharing problems between satellite and terrestrial relay systems are mentioned, and various solutions are discussed.
