Abstract :
An automated procedure has been developed for use in radar frequency assignment problems. This procedure is based upon the area denial concept. This technique recognizes the fact that receivers, as well as transmitters, deny spectrum space to additional systems being introduced into a given environment. An explanation of the radar frequency assignment procedure is presented, and an example problem is illustrated.
