Abstract :
The commenter maintains that the definitions of the line current and line voltage given in the above paper (ibid., vol.36, no.3, p.309-21, Mar. 1988) do not follow the standard transmission line equations. He offers an alternative definition. The author replies that the problem is due to a misleading figure, and he clarifies his work.<>
