Abstract
It is shown that the combined turbine and generator equations derived in Part I may be applied to the more complicated case of ``Bulb´´ units and ``Rim´´ units. The approximate unit power and operating head are shown, taking into account dimensional restraints imposed from hydraulic factors as well as from generator ventilating factor and output coefficient. Approximate inertia constants are given for ``Rim´´ units, together with the effect of generator diameter variation.
